TreadgoldFish

Local Portsmouth artist Pete Codlng has been busy creating the TreadgoldFish as part of a local response to the war on plastics. Using stock metal from Treadgolds, Pete constructed the enormous metal fish in Treadgolds courtyard, with portsea residents and community goups helping with some of the fish scales.

Initially located at Gunwharf Quays for the Southsea Food Festival, TreadgoldFish can be seen around the city, where everyone is encourgaed to ‘fill-it’ with their empty plastic bottles!
